Constitution

All voluntary organisatons should have a governing document that clearly outlines why the organisation exists and what, in broad terms, it intends to do. The most common type of governing document that organisations is a constitution.

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

In compliance with General Data Protection Regulations 2018, Friends of Tividale Park have published a policy on how we manage the personal data of our members and people who contact us.

Health and Safety Policy

The committee recognises its duty to volunteers and others who may be affected by its activities and aims to protect them from risks to their health and safety as far as is reasonably practicable. This Policy sets out how we aim to achieve this.

Safeguarding Children Policy

This policy is intended to protect children and young people who receive any service from us, including those who are children of adults who may receive services from us. As an organisation Friends of Tividale Park believe that no child or young person should experience abuse or harm and are committed to the protection of children and young people and this policy is intended to provide guidance and overarching principles to those who represent us as volunteers or staff to guide our approach to child protection and safeguarding.
